First time using Castile shampoo, so not sure if it’s supposed to be runny. It didn’t lather and left roots feeling hard, though middle and ends look healthier and not as dry. I have 2c/3a hair for reference.

I love this shampoo. It left my very thick hair with a tendency to tangle very clean, soft and manageable. The rose scented shampoo was like aromatherapy, it smells that nice. I also appreciated that Jamilah checked in with me very soon after my order arrived to make sure all was good. That's really great service combined with a great product. This will become one of my regular shampoos.
