Relaxing Herbal Bath Teas
Herbal Tea Baths are a wonderful way to relax after a long day. They are great to relieve tension, soothe sore tired muscles and joints, relieve cold symptoms and stimulate circulation.
For my herbal bath teas, I use dried herbs for the best results. Try this blend as a starting point for herbal bath tea relaxation:
*Rose petals and lavender are a wonderful combination that fill the air with a soothing floral scent while helping the body to relax in the warm water.
*Chamomile are both known for their soothing properties and can also help soften the skin as the stress melts away in this bath combination.
*Sage can help clear the head and relax
*Epsom Salts – Too much stress and adrenaline drain the body of magnesium, which is the main component of Epsom Salt. Restoring magnesium reduces anxiety, increases white blood cell count, promotes relaxation, and improves sleep. It decreases swelling and flushes lactic acid out of muscles.
*oatmeal is a gentle natural exfoliant that provides soothing relief to dry and itchy skin
Herbal tea bags work great for both warm and cool compresses
Use the herbal bag as an “herbal washcloth,” with or without soap
After using in your tub place the whole bag in the dryer to add a fresh scent.

Smells great, makes me want to drink it! Great addition to the bath. I bought some bath bombs from this shop and those are great too!
