Echinacea has been shown to encourage the immune system and reduce many of the symptoms of colds, flu and some other illnesses, infections, and conditions.

Elderberry has been shown to boost the immune system, increasing respiratory health, lowering inflammation, protecting against chronic disease, aiding the healing.

Yarrow is used for fever, common cold, hay fever.

Lemon Balm is in the mint family and know to promote sleep.

Astragulus Acts as an Anti-Inflammatory. Boosts the Immune System.

Rosehip tea is rich in vitamin C and flavonoids, which are responsible for its antioxidant effect.

Ingredients: Elderberry, Astragalus, Echinacea, Rosehips, Orange Peel, Lemon Balm, Yarrow, Hibiscus, Ginger

Directions: Pour 8oz of hot water over 2-3 tsp of tea.
Cover and let steep for 15 minutes.
Drink and enjoy!
Enjoy hot or cold!
