The solution is very goopy so it’s more difficult to measure crops than anticipated but it takes great and seems to be helping my sinuses and inflammation. I’ve only used it once but so far I’m optimistic! The bottle was also SUPER full which i really appreciate. Really feel like I got my money’s worth and this will last me a while.
