Directions:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

Ingredients: Olive oil, Hempseed oil, Vitamin E, Rosehip oil, Essential oils of Lavender, Chamomile, Rose, Calendula

Directions: Apply a small amount to your yoni area as needed. For external use only

Ingredients Distilled water, Witch hazel, Aloe Vera gel, Essential oils of Peppermint Spearmint & Lavender,

How to use cooling spray:
Spray on tired feet & legs to refresh them
Spray on the back of neck and chest to cool down
Spray whenever you need to cool down.
You can store this at room temperature.
I recommend keeping spray in the refrigerator for extra cooling feeling.
